Mission Statement
Our mission is to create a web site at http://successgroups.ning.com/profile/3cso3pm7mcaqn that can mentor people while they set and reach personal goals while they develop themselves in " Mind, Body,and Spirit " . We are
" Groups of Friends " working together to
reach new "Plains Of Perception".


WHAT ARE SUCCESS GROUPS:

1) Success Groups are designed to bring
about growth and change for its members
by up to 15 people meeting weekly or bi-
weekly for a specified period of time
either in person or on the "Net".

2) Members share learning experiences as
courses progress. Dicussion results in
learning from one another and during the
process friendships and relationships are
often formed.

3) As the courses progress each individual
when ready, and without any pressure
often shares their story. This increases
the trust and bonding within the group.

4) If each person brings in two people a
year, a new group will be developed every
six months. Sharing the Success Group
experience with others is our best
advertizment.

5) A Success Group often function much like
a close knit family where everyone knows
their name and where each group member
discovers and learns how to use their
talents and treasures.

6) Each group understands that they are
responsible, to use the assets of
this site, and be prepared when meeting
to dicuss each course assignment or
reading. You are to help other develop
themselves according to the goals each
individual has set for themselves.

7) Each group is expected to give back to
the community by completing at
one service project a year either
by themselves or by joining with other
groups to take on larger projects that
may require more resources.

8) Weekly discussion of the " Thought for
the Week" and completing all offered
courses will always lead to lively
discussion where everyone is free to
share their thoughts and feelings.
